# Data import

> Bring your existing records into Ritual.

Import lets you build on data you've already collected. Ritual supports CSV files, screenshots, and supported health exports.

## Review an import

Import includes validation and conflict resolution so you can review what you're adding. Undo support lets you reverse an import when needed.

## Check the records

After importing, inspect the entries in [Logs](/product/logs). Check dates and quantities before using the data in summaries or trend comparisons.

## Keep collecting

For ongoing collection, [connect a supported source](/integrations). Use [Chat](/product/chat) for activities you want to record yourself.
