# Phone Activity

> Understand where your time on your phone goes.

Phone Activity brings available iPhone usage into the same record as your habits and computer activity. Use it to review time spent on your phone and the apps you use most.

## Review your usage

Ask [Ritual Agent](/product/ritual-agent) for a specific period: “How much time did I spend on my phone this week?” or “Which phone apps did I use most yesterday?”

Available summaries include total usage and app rankings. Compare them with [computer activity](/context-understanding) to understand how you spend time across devices.

## Data availability

Ritual's iPhone Time source uses foreground app activity when Apple Biome data is available. Coverage depends on the data available on your Mac; it is not a direct Apple Screen Time cloud connection.

If a period is missing, check the source before interpreting it as zero usage. See [Integrations](/integrations) for supported sources and their current availability.
