# Reports

> Keep summaries and structured reports in your workspace.

Reports gives you a place to work with saved reports and other structured artifacts. Use it to revisit a summary without starting a new conversation.

## Review a report

Open a report to inspect its content. Reports can contain text and structured blocks; the underlying records remain available in [Logs](/product/logs) and [Metrics](/product/metrics).

## Organize and edit

Give a report a clear title and organize it into a folder. Use the editor to update its content and blocks as your understanding changes.
