Metrics turns your activity history into views you can compare over time. Start with one habit and a date range that contains records.

Follow a trend

Explore habit statistics and streaks to see what is consistent and what has changed. A few days of regular logging gives you a more useful starting point than scattered entries.

Compare metrics

Explore relationships between recorded metrics, such as sleep and activity. A relationship can suggest a question to investigate; it doesn’t establish what caused a change.

Check the underlying data

Use Logs to inspect individual entries. If a period looks incomplete, check your connected sources and their sync status before drawing conclusions.
