A searchable history of your habits and activity.

Logs bring manual entries and connected-source records into one place. Use them to inspect what happened, when it happened, and how much you recorded.

Record an activity

Open Chat and describe the activity in your own words. Include a quantity and time when they matter: “I ran for 30 minutes this morning.” You can also use voice input.

Review the resulting entry in Logs. This gives you a concrete record to check before relying on a summary or trend.

Bring in existing records

Connect a source to collect records automatically, or import existing data. The data available depends on the source and its sync status.

Find a record

Search Logs to inspect individual events. For broader questions, use Metrics to explore changes over time or ask Chat for a summary.
