Log activities, ask questions, and get summaries in your own words.

Chat is a direct way to work with your Ritual records. Type or speak an activity to log it, then ask questions about the data you’ve collected.

Log in natural language

Describe what you did and include any useful detail. “I ran for 30 minutes this morning” gives Ritual an activity, a duration, and a time. Review the resulting entry in Logs.

Ask a specific question

Name the activity and date range you want to explore. For example:

• “What apps did I use most this week?”
• “How often did I exercise this month?”
• “What did I work on yesterday?”

Answers depend on the records available in your workspace. Check connection and sync status when a source appears to be missing.

Summarize a period

Ask for a daily summary or a report on a specific habit. Use the summary as a starting point, then inspect individual records or Metrics for more detail.
