Ritual is a collection of self-tracking and observability tools used to measure and quantify your behavior.

What is Ritual?

Ritual connects to the devices you use and wear every day. You can connect your wearable devices (Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura Ring, Garmin), computer, phone, car (Tesla), and bank accounts (Plaid) to generate logs that update automatically — or you can manually submit logs in natural language or voice mode. Chat lets you quickly log habits and ask direct questions about your data.

Who is Ritual for?

Ritual is built for anyone that wants deeper observability of their life. It is built for running experiments, finding behavioral patterns, and most importantly; self knowledge. Ritual is currently being used by students, athletes, biohackers, researchers, and engineers.
